I spent a good week researching them, but I guess they have fake reviews for pages and pages, forums and forums. I told them no, and I would be contacting my bank for fraudulent activity. They gave me a run around that they “have to help” to see if it was an issue with their program… ok sure… so the file they wanted me to zip and send over to them to “see” included every piece of sensitive information from all connected devices used. So now I asked for a refund, because it was within 7 days. One of the features asked me if I was okay with jailbreaking my phone, the reason I bought this expensive program was so I didn’t need to jailbreak it. I couldn’t bypass anything with this program, couldn’t retrieve passwords with their tool. Long story short this program used up a lot of battery and did a bunch of “computing” only to have me go to iTunes to factory reset. ![]() Moving forward, I tried to factory wipe my iPads and iPhones because errors and black screens. I purchased the full suite for Mac and iOS, when I installed it there was a tool unusable for iOS that was “supposed” to be a part of the full program. Thanks a lot!
